Head coach Jax has been in the fitness industry since 2004.
She has been a local and international coach at a few establishments which is testament to her coaching methodologies and wealth of knowledge she has.
Jax was introduced to CrossFit in London and has carried the ideals of CrossFit and brought the training to as many people as possible only because she believes wholeheartedly in the style of training and Community that it brings to all.
Coach Jax has a keen interest in coaching and mentoring the youth to be fitter and lead healthy lifestyles.
Her passion is clear and it’s to help people transform their bodies and their lifestyles. She is always next to her clients and support them every step of the way,
