What she loves about CrossFit: It gives you new challenges every day both physically and mentally. It is also fun as there is a new WOD every day so it never fees like a routine.

Advice for new members: Just focus on your training one day at a time and trust your coach, the end result will show all the hard work you put in. Stay consistent and eat healthy. Diet will help your reach your goals in Crossfit and assist with weightloss.
