Group Fitness is the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of their experience or goals. The same regimens benefit everyone from top performing athletes such as runners, cyclists and weightlifters to people with no previous sporting experience or elderly individuals.
Powerlifting is a sport, the goal is to get really strong throughout the entire body which will help you to squat, bench press and deadlift more. Being strong is useful in all aspects of life. It is also easy to chart your progress which makes it easier to stay motivated.
Beginning on the 10th of October, The Open consists of challenging and exciting workouts over a five-week period and will be run at CrossFit 1610 every Saturday morning at 08h30. The Open is for everyone.
