We know that group training is effective, fun and motivating, but we also understand that some individuals may have specific goals that require specific workout protocols. Our Personal Trainers have a vast knowledge of general fitness and exercise prescription, allowing them to guide and motivate clients. Every session is an opportunity to work towards your goals, with a Personal Trainer who provides adequate instruction, feedback and accountability in a personal setting.
